What they needed

A brand-new show with no audience needed to sell tickets fast, build buzz before opening and give press and creators something to share.

What we did

We launched four channels on the day the show was announced, with posts timed to the press release.

We built a 127-creator list and hosted a creator night that brought 25 creators to the show unpaid, including a TikToker with about 3 million followers.

We made Reels and TikToks, created ad content for the paid media team, and managed hundreds of messages and comments.

What happened

  • Instagram passed 100 followers in 48 hours and neared 2,000 within a month.
  • In May 2022: 1,751,203 impressions, 17,338 engagements and 5,955 link clicks.
  • One Reel passed 499,000 views, and an Earth Day Reel reached 200,000.
  • Creators posted 44 Instagram Stories plus Reels and TikToks, two of them over 60,000 views.
