About Zolay
We’re a female-founded, femme majority team located across the US with a large LA presence. Pre-pandemic we were a burgeoning photography company, which slowed down 2020-2022. We hope 2023 is the year that changes. Our team is staffed by many creatives, and our hope for this role is someone who can manage the studio while getting to pursue other creative interest. Even better, someone who would be excited by free studio time or has a network with creatives who’d love to try it out.
As Zolay is remote and quite busy with social media, this will be a role that is quite independent. To get things done, you’ll be given quite a bit of freedom, and be expected to report back and follow up on success as things move. Some folks thrive with stringent job descriptions, highly defined work and a lot of accountability. We think micromanaging is a waste of time. We’re hoping someone with creativity and drive with a bit of entrepreneurial spirit will take this on and take it in a direction they believe is successful and efficient.
Come work for the agency that cares. About its people. About its work. About the world.
